By Air:

Air Canada Jazz: 4 flights to/from Vancouver International Airport daily.

Pacific Coastal Airlines: Scheduled flights from Penticton to Vancouver and Calgary plus connections to Vancouver Island.

By Road

Penticton is on Hwy 97. It is about 4.5 hours from Vancouver, 8 hours from Calgary and 5 hours from Spokane. Penticton is a 50 minute drive south from Kelowna. The US/Canada border crossing to the south on Highway 97 is open 24 hours a day; other border crossings in this region are closed overnight.
